Jiyuan FengYuan Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. has been named as High-New Technical Enterprise by Henan Province Science and Technology Agency. In February 2004, our co***ny was recognized as "Quality Standards Well-known Brand" by National Quality and Technical Supervision Association. In April of the same year, our co***ny passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification and passed Product Quality Standard Test in 2005. We were honored as "Enterprise with Excellent Credit Standing" in 2006. In 2007, our co***ny was awarded "Scientific and Technological Innovation Excellent Enterprise".
Our co***ny consists of a mold workshop, an injection molding workshop and two R&D centers. Our co***ny has large, medium and small kinds of mold manufacturing equipment, 40 sets of injection molding machine and 80 employees. More than 30% of our workers have middle and senior professional titles. Our co***ny and Henan irrigation water and soil conservation technology promotion stations have jointly developed "PE plastic pipe joint leak-proof room care", "low-pressure irrigation plastic out and installing devices", "plastic quasi-fixed and mobile sprinkler irrigation devices" and others.
Our products have gained national patents and provincial technical appraisal. In 2009, our co***ny developed our original piece. We have developed PE and PPR hot melting pipes. Our products have 13 varieties and more than 600 specifications of products, which can meet different needs of water-saving irrigation and safe drinking water project equipment. Our products are distributed to more than 20 domestic provinces and cities, and are also exported to clients in Jordan, Korea, Kazakhstan and other countries.
